1889, Duke "POSTAGE STAMPS" cigarette cards, complete set of 50, issued to promote W. Duke Sons & Co. brand cigarettes. Each card hosts a real postage stamp from around the world pasted onto a chromolithographed printed scene related to sending, delivering, or receiving a letter. The backs all show stains (probably from mounting) and there are a few with scrapes or adhesions. The fronts are, for the most part, in nice condition. A very difficult set to complete. (Image)
