Cat No: G 1880S(5)

(5) Type Coins that were marketed by (crook?) Hannes Tulving in the late 1980s. Coins are all lovely higher-grade Unc and Proof housed in the original HT "slabs". Incl are 1880-S & 1921 Morg $1 (both MS64), plus a 1962 Franklin 50¢ and (2) 1964 Kennedy 50¢ Proofs that would probably grade at least PF67 today. All blast white and attractive. Tulving sold beautiful coins, however at very inflated prices with bogus "buy back guarantees." The law eventually caught up with Tulving, who was sentenced to 5 years in prison in 2016 for "defrauding the public of millions of dollars." Restitution has yet to be paid to the victims. Caveat emptor!
