Sydney: Sydney Philatelic Club card for Golden Jubilee of the 5d Diadem, 5d affixed to face & tied by 'BATHURST/DE1/1905/NSW' cds. As fine an example as we have seen.
Sydney: 1910 (circa) FT & Co series featuring pen & ink drawings of Sydney landmarks signed "KL Farran", plus two duplicates & an extra view that have been hand-tinted & state 'Greetings From/Old Sydney' at U/L, unused. Very scarce. [David Cook stated that all these cards were hand-tinted & had the legend at U/L. Katherine Lillian Farran was b.1875 & the drawings for this series are believed to have been executed c.1906]

Upper Myall: 1913 real photo card annotated on back "Upper Myall/Traction Engine/smashed Bridge" showing the Traction Engine lying diagonally on its side with front wheels in the air after the wooden bridge has collapsed under its weight, three men standing beside it in front of a cart piled high with railway sleepers presumably ready to start the recovery & repairs, the negative (with a diagonal crack across the plate at U/L) signed 'EWA' in L/R corner, very fine unused. [A mind-boggling event: we expect the bridge had to be largely demolished to enable the traction engine to be retrieved]
