image Tibet Last (4) notes issued in early 1940s: 5 srang VF, 10s VF (both these w/ punch holes in margin); 25s large text VF-XF and 100s large text, folded in half o/w XF+ (KM# 8, 9, 10a, 11a); interesting provenance as these notes were sent by a Tibetan pen-pal from Nepal to New Jersey in 1960, letter and registered cover included, friend has written in margin of 100s note in pencil that it equals 20 Indian rupees (Image)
