STRAITS SETTLEMENTS - POSTAL HISTORY: Collection including 1880s private courier letter Penang to Rangoon, 1881 'SINGAPORE/PAID' in red to Scotland with '10/cents' on 12c blue (other stamp/s missing), 1894 with 'THREE CENTS' on 32c tied by Penang bars with 'KLANG' transit, 1899 Postal Card to Java with 'N.I. AGENT-SINGAPORE' and 1900 Netherlands Indies 'Sumatra' PPC with 'N.I. POSTAGENT PENANG' squared circles, a group of KEVII & KGV frankings including a few registered, 1935 airmail to UK franked $1.10 double rate with 'NAVAL BASE/SINGAPORE' cds, 1937 airmail to UK with postage due, 1941 airmail with KGVI 25c tied by Australian 'AIF FIELD PO/No17' cds used at Seremban, also a few post-WWII including used Aerogrammes, condition quite variable.
