Reverse with Palermo transit and Genova arrival (Nov 30) cds's. Some toning in the lower stamp margins, horizontal file below the stamps, nevertheless an appealing item. Cert. Cover with file fold away from the stamps and some edge wear, nevertheless a rare combination cover.rnNote: A fully paid cover with 1 piaster paid in cash for the Posta Europea from Cairo to Alexandria, the company was taken over by the Egyptian postal administration in 1865.
