At left is hand inscribed "REFUSED/RH", also two auxiliary marking added, "REFUSED BY BOX HOLDER" by franking and a Pointing Finger in a box w/"RETURN/TO WRITER/UNCLAIMED" at LL. Original pmk "PASADENA/JUN17/1957/TEX" and a second pmk "HOUSTON, TEX/JUN21/1957" but w/datecode upside down. Very unusual postal history, government refused correspondence.
