image BRADFORD (YORKS.) - SPECIAL 'NORTHERN TOWNS' 2d LATE FEE COVER; 27 Dec. 1866 EL (slight faults) to Paris franked 6d Lilac (ME) wing margin tied by Bradford duplex. Rear with London and Paris cds. This was the extra 2d Late Fee only allowed for mails from Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, and Leeds to France to enable their same day arrival in London and is effectively an express fee. image THE "LEEDS OIL & GREASE COMPANY" - A UNIQUE POSTAL HISTORY: Album with the neatly written up collection of c.1906-16 postal stationery cards and other commercial cards, all addressed to the Leeds Oil & Grease Co. (in Leeds!). The company is still manufacturing Oil based industrial products used in the concrete manufacturing process.
