1854-55 QV 'Too Late' 6d lilac & green from base of sheet, rough roulette 6½-7½ on 3 sides done at the GPO. VFU. SG 33(var). In 'The Stamps of Victoria' Kellow states for the 'TOO LATE' 6d: 'Several used copies are known rouletted, but since the stamp was withdrawn prior to the introduction of rouletting at the GPO (in August 1857) it is considered that these examples must be unofficial', & thus this stamp is offerred on 'as is' basis.
