image 1905-11 Crown/A Typographed 1d red with the Watermark Upright (Inverted) vertical corner pair from the U/R of the sheet Imperf at Right, lightly mounted with large-part o.g., Cat $1500. Ex Gary Diffen: sold for £480. [NB: the pair was likely also imperf at the top, which was corrected with Perf 12½. The other horizontal perfs & the vertical perfs are all Perf 11. Therefore, this is a setenant pair of ACSC T15bb (the lower unit) and T16b, making it an even more significant item. The ACSC states that T15bb is derived from several sheets but of T16b only one mint example has been recorded Perf 12½x11. However, the upper stamp here is Perf 12½xImperfx11x11, making it a previously unrecorded variant]
