REGISTRATION ENVELOPES: 1903 Melbourne Printings 4d ultramarine size 230x100mm with V-cut below the flap #R4d (HG C4a) commercial usage to Bohemia underpaid with Pictorials 1d x2 only but not taxed tied by Hobart cds of 12MAY12, 'NAPOLI PORTO' transit b/s, on arrival redirected internally, minor flap repair. Rare: only two other commercially used examples have been recorded, along with several philatelic usages. [David McNamee's example had a mutilated flap. The other example - a small piece of the flap missing - sold at our auction of 24.11.2018 for $1198]
