Reverse with 'Freetown' cds of despatch (March 19) and carried on French Packet "Ville de Maceio" with octagonal "LOANGO A BORDEAUX / L.L. No. 2" datestamp in blue (March 19). The bisect not authorised and taxed at double the deficiency with '0.30c.' charge in red crayon and Duval 1881 Postage Due 30 c. black (Maury T18) tied by Cherbourg cds (April 5).
