image c1840-1952 MIXED RANGE OF ITEMS - inc. undated front from Victoria signed 'The Queen' at lower left addressed to 'Her Majesty Queen Adelaide'; 1865 letter ex Marlborough House signed William Knollys acceding to Prince of Wales (later KEVII) being guest of honour at a charity dinner; 1873 London env. signed at left by Duke of Cambridge; c1900 pice of paper signed by Prince Louis Battenberg; 1910 letter on Balmoral Castle notepaper signed Bishop of Hereford; 1925 letter signed by Lord Lascelles son-in-law of KGV; 1947 env. with oval "LORD CHAMBERLAIN/ST. JAMES'S PALACE" cachet at left, together with the enclosed invitations to a Buckingham Palace garden party. Also group of European royalty connection inc. env. fragments with 'Lady Pembroke' in the hand of Louis Phillipe of France and fine large 'LP' wax seal; and 1952 letter signed by Princess Irene Wurzemberg.
