Cat No: 93a
1901 British South Africa Company Arms £20 yellow-bistre, ultra-high value. Superb fresh UN appearance, being a sample example from Waterlow printers archive with the security punch having been amazingly well repaired, beautiful strong colour. SG 93a cat £15,000. Scott 75A cat US$22,500. The £20 value ranks as one of the major high value rarities of the British Empire. While there are some "cheap" UN examples of the £5 & £10 values available from company display boards & from sample panes ex printers archives, there are no such examples of the £20, & furthermore no examples either exist opt/perf specimen (nor any postally used or CTO). Significant rarity. 2021 Ceremuga photo cert. (P) (Image1)

Cat No: (93b)
1901 British South Africa Company Arms £100 cherry-red, ultra-high top value. Superb fresh UN appearance, being a sample from Waterlow printers archive with the security punch having been amazingly well repaired, beautiful strong colour. SG (93b) listed in footnote but unpriced. SACC cat R2,500,000. Scott 75b cat US$185,000. This £100 top value is ranked as the greatest high value rarity of the British Empire. Importantly there are no "cheap" examples of the £100 in any condition, as only a tiny number exist fiscally used, & no examples exist opt/perf specimen (nor any postally used or CTO), so there is no cheap way of completing an unused collection. Only a couple of mint examples exist & an example with significant toning sold for approx A$150,000 at a European auction in 2011. Great opportunity to obtain a magnificent looking example of this exceptional rarity. (We previously sold in our auction 293 an example in identical condition to this stamp for $34,000). 2021 Ceremuga photo cert. (P) (Image1)
