1860-61 Small Star Clean-Cut Perf 14-16 1/- dull violet SG 10 Perf 15½x15, an oversize and unusually well centred example, lightly cancelled largely clear of the Queen's face, Cat £120 (in 2020; unpriced in the current edition). A jumbo gem!
1880 Lithographed High Values 5/- yellow-ochre SG 124, a couple of short perfs but unusually fine & attractive for this issue, large-part o.g., Cat £550.
1880 Surcharge 'Half-penny' on 1d red-brown Die II SG 151ab, blue-pencil line (presumably a fiscal usage), Cat £1300 for postally used. A fine 'spacefiller'.
