SMALL LINE ENGRAVED/EMBOSSED COLLECTION: Two album pages, one with a representative used group of 1840 1d black (3 margin JH) & 2d blue (2 margin QF), 1841 1d red & 2d blue, 1854 1d red 'star' & 2d blue and 1847-54 embossed group of 6d (2 shades), 10d & 1/-, all of which are cut square but with very close or cut into margins. The other page holds a representative mint collection of 1841 1d red imperf., 1854 & 1857 1d red 'stars' (both wmks.), 1858-70 1d red 'Plates' (2), 2d blue Pl.15, ½d bantam & 1½d. Also 1880-81 group of ½d green, 1d venetian red, 1½d, 2d & 5d (this value optd. "SPECIMEN") plus 1d lilac both 14 & 16 dot types. Lot also includes a range of Postal Fiscals incl. 6d lilac F17. 1883-84 HIGH VALUES & 1887 JUBILEE ISSUES: 2/6d lilac, 5/- crimson & 10/- ultramarine. All are lightly mounted mint examples with natural gum wrinkles/creases (severe in case of 5/- value) SG 178, 181 & 18. Also the complete Jubilee set to both 1/- values.
