1906 cover Argentina to NZ, franked 6c stamp canc. Bahia Blanca cds (date unclear). "T" postage due marking with m/s "15". Later NZ "TO PAY 3d...."due marking, 1d &2d Postage Due stamps canc Kirikiriroa 28 MR 06 & 2nd strike (with Hamilton cds) on back. Unusual pictorial cover with art nouveau design, headed "Tarjeta Postal" (Post card). Circular cutout at upper right to display stamp on enclosed PPC (which is no longer present). Despite this private initiative, the PPC had to be sent at the higher envelope rate. Some faults, but rare.

Two receipt b/s. The postage is puzzling: at this time, basic letter rate postage to GB was 2½d per ½ ounce, regn was 6d extra. Possibly 6d mistaken for 8d SSF? Fine and attractive.
