image 1902-04 Completed Design 10/- dull green ACSC D44 (SG D43), good colour, faint strike of the 'PARCELS BRANCH/GPO SYDNEY' postal cds in violet, Cat $5500 (£1800 for CTO). [The ACSC states "Stamps with 'NSW'-in -concentric-ovals are CTO...Postally used examples are of extreme rarity and worth a considerable premium...such stamps bear the cds (usually in violet) of the Sydney Parcels Branch." Postally used examples sold at the Prestige auctions of 25.1.2003 and 24.1.2004 for $7924 & $4301 respectively]

[The ACSC states that only 12,000 of this value were printed]
