PARLIAMENTARY NOTICE: Long blue env. inscribed "Parliamentary Notice" addressed to Dunleer, Co. Louth. Trivial damage to one corner. Franked with 2d blue cancelled by 12 Dec 1857 Belfast 'spoon' and 6d mauve (SG 28a) similarly cancelled, paying the compulsory Registration Fee. Cover is accompanied by the original enclosure, a printed "Belfast & County Down Railway/Parliamentary Notice".
