Also 2 envs. posted in 1893 or 1894 to Bebington franked with 2d stamps optd "BRITISH/PROTECTORATE/OIL RIVERS" & either ½d Jubilee or "NIGER COAST/OIL RIVERS/PROTECTORATE" stamps.
