1926-34 Admirals undenominated progressive proof for the high values in black on highly surfaced photographic paper with handstamped '206527' at U/R (difficult to see on the black background) & die number '10701' in reverse at top-centre. Ex Gordon Darge. [This and others like it are lovely items but it is inaccurate to call them 'die proofs', because they were produced using photographic techniques]
ADVERTISING: 1912 (circa) Christchurch 'THE WHITE HART HOTEL...' and 'WARNER'S HOTEL...', and 1905 'VIEW OF THE SPA, TAUPO/J GALLAGHER PROPRIETOR' illustrated on both sides. Nice trio.
