image 1897: Letter to a collector from the Postal and Electric Telegraph Department sending stamps of NSW to him in Canada. He had sent 4/- to the GPO wanting examples of current postage stamps, the 'Charity' stamps being unavailable he was sent quanties of 1d, 2d & 2½d some of which are affixed to the letter.
