7 AUGUST 1861 - 1d LETTERSHEET LATE IRISH USE, TAXED IN ERROR? - stereo A17 to Hereford cancelled with DUBLIN duplex correctly placed over Britannia, though apparently taxed '2' due with the Mulready unrecognised as a franking, with no later indication to reverse this (alternately, the item was over ½oz requiring 2d due, though there is no endorsement of such); HEREFORD cds nicely placed on the upper flap.
