image PUNCTURED 'OS': 5/- grey & chrome-yellow with Major Double Print of the Frame ACSC 43bc, characteristic irregular perfs, Melbourne ' 11 ' cds largely clear of the most prominent doubling, Cat $9000. Chris Ceremuga Certificate (2017) states "...second impression very irregular and shifted 7.5mm downwards..." [an odd comment considering that the doubling appears identical to the example illustrated in the ACSC] and "extremely rare with only several recorded". [The ACSC states "...there are four examples punctured small OS, a used pair cancelled at Melbourne & two singles in the Royal Collection". This example is thus only the third 'OS' example in private hands]
