(two vert. filing creases away from the stamp) to The Hague sent reg, insured and express, with £1 seahorse tied by FOLKSTONE cds; endorsed as insured for 'dix mille francs' then in a different hand '400 £' plus '66g' (added later?), and having five ducal-appearing red wax seals on the back leaving open the possibility this could be a genuine commercial usage.
