2d Grey Die IIA with Wmk inverted, BW #8a, with part cds 'LAT[E FEE]/415P16S[E18]/ADELA[IDE RLY]', Cat $12,500 (SG #35daw, Cat £10,000). A very rare stamp, BW notes only four used examples recorded, it has not been represented in most major collections. This is believed to be the original example recorded. A similar stamp realised $13,397 in the May 2013 Hardy auction. The owner has plated the stamp at 3L14. (Image1)
