image 1882 Postal stationery card 1½a. blue used from Ellichpur to Holloway, London via Bombay and 'Via Brindisi' (endorsed in m/s), re-sent to Red Hill, Surrey, cancelled by handstamp "N" in square of bars, with "ELLICHPUR/DEC: 6." 1882 despatch cds, Bombay transit dater, and franked at Holloway by GB 1880-81 ½d. pale green tied by '11 JA 83' duplex. The card with a vert. fold at left otherwise fine.

Indian postal stationery envelope 'Four Annas Six Pies’ yellow cancelled by Sialkot date stamp ‘Ap 20 85’ addressed to Yorkshire mixed with Jammu SG 118, ½a red (2) tied by cork obliterator routed via Bombay with Pontifract receiver ‘My 12’ on reverse. Nice use of stationery in combination with Jammu & Kashmir. (Image)

image 1912/1918 Two different illustrated KGV. postal stationery cards ¼a. grey used as P.O.W. mail to Germany, with 1) 1912 reply card to Frankfurt depicting "Fröhliche Weihnachten" (Merry Christmas) and illustration on back, and 2) 1918 card (the scarce type with less curved INDIA etc.) to Naumburg with illustration "Prosit Neujahr (Happy New Year), Ahmednagar 1920" on back, both cards with framed "Service of Prisoners of War/FREE POSTAGE" and "PASSED CENSOR/date/Signature" handstamps in violet. The 1912 reply card with a central vertical fold otherwise fine.
