1895 Chitral Relief Force: Double-rate cover from Field Post Office 11 at Chakdara to Haselton, England via Bombay and Cheltenham, franked by India QV 2a6p. plus five ½a. all tied by squared "F.P.O. No.11/28 JU/95" c.d.s. (Proud D3), and on the reverse with respective transit dater and '22 July 95' arrival c.d.s., with small imperfections but still good. A scarce cover from the military disputes between the Afghan Umra Khan and the British forces after the death of the Ruler (Mehtar) of Chitral.
