India, Michel 7 or SG 19 used, 1854 Queen Victoria 4 annas, third Printing, Head Die III and Frame Die II, cancelled with romboid pmk of dots. Two wide and two narrow margins, one just into design. Sismondo certificate says: "The stamp has been repaired in the hinge area". Some doubts have been reported that this in spite of the Sismondo certificate, is not a third printing stamp. (Image1)
