QV MINT & USED COLLECTION ON ALBUM LEAVES: Includes used group of 1863-71 issues (c.44) to 96c brownish grey, a few only fair but many fine examples present; 1877-98 ranges (c.100) with better singles present incl. 1880 5c blue (wmk CC) SG 29 unused, without gum, but cat. £800 as mint; 1882 5c blue (wmk. CA) in mint block of six; useful 1891-98 surcharges incl. 10c on 16c yellow (2) used, 20c on 10c green (shades) with Chinese character, $1 on 96c grey-black mint SG 52a (£200), etc. Many other good surcharges e.g. 7c on 10c (3), 14c on 30c and 1841 Jubilee 2c used.
