1860's-80's ca. - QUEEN VICTORIA: Large part of a parcel label sent from KRAKAU and addressed (in German) 'To Her Majesty Victoria, Queen of Great Britain and Ireland, Empress of India, London, England'm with a note in bottom left hand corner suggests that the parcel contained "Briefmarken" (Postage Stamps) and leads one to wonder whether this could have been a stage in the start of King George the Fifths interest in philately and a foundation of the Royal Collection.
