Great Britain 1840/1920 (ca.), mainly used collection of apprx. 140 stamps on album pages, slightly varied but overall attractive condition, clear focus on QV and KEVII with several better stamps like a decent well marginated copy of 1d. black postmarked with black MC, good range of surface-printed stamps like SG 72 (£325), 112 (£400), 120 (£250), 127 plate 2 (£1500), 183 (£525), KEVII showing a lovely mint 5s. carmine in deep colour; in addition some officials and also quite good Levant offices. Great Britain 1840/1940 (ca.), comprehensive used collection/balance on approx. 400 Vario type black stocksheets/album pages, main value in the QV period and especially the recess-printed issues from some copies 1d. black, also some surface-printed stamps up to high values. All showing a deep specialisation, especially to plate numbers, etc. The collector has provided a detailed inventory (which we didn't check in detail and which is available online).
