A newly discovered envelope endorsed "AIR MAIL/PAR AVION" and addressed to "J.F. Bonner Esq./San Carlos", bearing 1933 Centenary 11/2d. tied by straight line "FIRST AIR MAIL 26-11-34" handstamp in violet, very rare. Falkland Islands: 1935 unusual incoming registered cover addressed to "The Secretary/"The Penguin"/STANLEY/FALKLAND ISLES" sent July 11 from Moscow, Russia via New York and Montevideo franked by 1931 North Pole Flight 35k. (perf. toning) with original enclosed letter and sent via the Soviet Philatelic Association with 10k. on 70k. and 25k. on 70k. Philatelic Exchange Control stamps on reverse (an unusual example of a sending from a private individual, most mail having been sent from the Association itself).
