1933 Centenary of British Administration 5/- black & yellow-orange SG 136a with the characteristic 'aniline' appearance of the yellow-orange ink from the reverse, exceptional centring, lightly mounted, Cat £3250. Superb! [In a 1975 letter, FP Brucciana stated "It is virtually impossible to differentiate between this stamp and SG 136 simply by comparing shades...you must compare the reverse sides and you will see quite clearly that the yellow-orange shade has an almost aniline quality in that [the colour] shows through quite clearly whereas the yellow of SG 136 is barely visible". Better centred than the superb example that sold at our auction of 15.8.2014 for $2100]
1953-85 Issues virtually complete plus a few later issues on KaBe hingeless pages, up to the 1960 Birds very lightly mounted, all the later issues we checked are unmounted, Cat £450+ for unmounted. High thematic content.
