QV TO QEII MINT COLLECTION ON HAGNER SHEETS: Binder housing an almost exclusively mint collection. Includes 1891-1902 mint range with many listed shades between SG 15/38 incl. ½d (4), 1d (6), 2d, 2½d (3), 4d & 6d (2). One of the 2½d values is the scarce 'Prussian blue' shade SG 29 £275, though somewhat off-centre and with minor tone spots. Also QV 1898 2/6d (small tone spot on gum) & 5/- SG 41/42 (£525), KEVII set of 8 to 5/- red SG 43/50 (£475), KGV 1912-16 various values to 3/- green & 5/- maroon, SG 67b, the latter being unmounted mint; 1933 Centenary set to 2/6d, SG 127/135 (cat. c.£500), 1933 SJ set, KGVI 1938 set to £1 black & violet, 1948 RSW set, 1952 set to £1, 1960s Birds higher vals. to £1 the various later QEII defin. sets to top values.
