Vryburg: 1900 Hope Standing 1d rose, tied on piece by Vryburb cds with m/s initials of 'C.St.Q' instead of date, signed by Military Magistrate Clifford St Quentin. Created after the VF Special Post opts when the magistate found supply of pre-Boer occupation Cape stamps. Also 1902 KEVII 1d with normal cds & document piece with the Magistrates signature.
