COVERS - Nov. 1843 London E with 1d red applied with sealing wax and cancelled 'X' plus local office mark; c1846 London E with 1d red cancelled solely m/script squiggle; 1847/48 Scots front or turned E with 1d red cancelled 'X' plus numeral with PORTMAHOMACK or MARYKIRK udc; 1848 EL to Pershore with 1d red tied numeral, redirected within Pershore when 'X' added to stamp, FLADBURY udc and WORCESTER, EVESHAM and PERSHORE cds on the back; 1862/64 pair of envs. to London with 1d red cancelled in m/script plus WORCESTER or BIRMINGHAM duplex; c1865/80 pair of envs. (one torn) used locally in Cornwall with 1d red plate 97 or 1d venetian red tied solely by m/script 'X'; five off-cover 1841 1d reds, mixed margins, with m/script cancel inc. possibly of Ollaberry and another in combination with numeral; and a range (4) of 1864 1d red plates with various types of pen cancel.
