POSTAL HISTORY: 1942 (May 28) airgraph to Lieut RC Fullarton in Burma with Indian boxed 'AIRGRAPH/DHB 16/CENSORSHIP' cachet in violet plus the envelope endorsed "Prisoner of War" in red & returned; also 25.5.1944 & 8.6.1944 British 3d POW postal cards from 'BRIDGE-OF-WEIR/RENFREWSHIRE' to him at "Rangoon Jail/Burma", the earlier of them with Undelivered Mails cachet & forwarded to undercover address for returning POWs "PO Box 164/London EC1" & endorsed "Ship Unknown". Ex David Tett, who states in Volume Three "No card written from Rangoon has ever been seen by the author: both Postal Cards illustrated at pages 34-35.
