1942 Handstamped 'Peacock' ovpt, 2a carmine, UM, toned paper, proofers mark on reverse. Opvt has excellent impression and centrally positioned, and apart from toning the stamp is in very good condition - SG notes that unused specimens are usually in poor condition.
