5c red on white QE2 'Basutoland' postal stationery registered envelope (H&G C6) used after Independence (the Basutoland envelopes had been devalued) with added 1966 'LESOTHO' overprint issue 2½c yellow green & deep rose red applied over original envelope value and 5c chestnut & deep green applied below (SG 113B & 115B) tied by MAFETENG cds's with printed blue & white MAFETENG registration label on reverse.
