Japanese Occupation; Postal Stationery. 1942-4 1a embossed envelopes (31) with some used, showing a range of the obliterations, upratings and additional markings. Includes red Peacock, 5c on 1a Farmer used (2, applied over indicia), 1943 State Crest on envelopes (4, one used and a bit scruffy), Cross obliterations in violet and red, etc. Also 8 postal stationery cards, similar range, and 11 uprated envelopes with BMA handstamps, each signed; one with dry print of embossed indicium, another with albino print of the handstamp, and a few other items.
