Collection including the set in unmounted mint pairs, the 1s and 2s are blocks of four, ½d mint pair, one with dropped 'J', ½d orange left pane block of 80 unmounted mint, R.9/4 with wrong fount '6', column 8 has some creasing, ½d orange right pane unmounted mint block of 74, R1/8 with narrow 'N', also with minor varieties as listed by Brusden White, a photo-copy of the relevant pages is included, 1d brown purple unmounted mint block of 60 from the right pane, also a seven page type-written document 3 March '47, marked 'CONFIDENTIAL' regarding 'Overprinting of Australian postage stamps in Japan', interesting document including limits on sales, as stamps had been used for money laundering by black marketeers, also three pages of postmarks AUST UNIT POSTAL STN(16 different), R.A.A.F.
