July 1844 E to London with "SALFORD/MANCHESTER" across the flap, 1845 stampless E with red circled "L" apparently indicating undeliverable, 1846 EL to Skipton with "OXFORD ST/MANCHESTER" on the back, 1849 env. to London with blue unlisted "HIGHER ARDWICK" on the front. Overseas destinations inc. July 1840 stampless E to Leipzig charged 1/10, 1863 E to Madrid franked with 1/- green plate 2, 1853 stampless EL to Brussels and 1859 EL (address treated to partly remove) to Holland with 1855 6d lilac and "INSUFFICIENTLY/STAMPED" alongside.
