1840-1950s MOSTLY USED RANGE ON HAGNERS - inc. 1840 1d black EE plate 7 poor & 2d blue one margin thinned, 1841 1d red & 2d blue, 1847-54 embossed trio of values all cut-to-shape, surface-printed issues inc. 9d straw etc (2), 1865 10d red-brown & 2/- blue, 1867 5/- rose plate 1 poor & 10/- greenish grey wmk MX soiled & heavy cancel, 1883 & 1902 high values to 10/- ultramarine, etc. Enormous SG though condition is very mixed indeed. SG "WINDSOR" PRINTED ALBUM & QV TO EARLY QEII MINT & USED COLLECTION ON ALBUM LEAVES: A mixed mint & used collection to 1967, the pre-QEII content predominantly used. We note a good 4 margin, unplated 1d black (JK), handful of QV surface printed to 5/-, 1887 Jubilee values incl. 1/- green in used block of 4, KEVII values to 2/6d, then a range of the commoner KGV/KGVI issues and QEII incl. v. fine used Castles in blocks of 4. Also, a "Windsor" printed album for issues to 1980, very sparse contents, but album is in almost 'new' condition. (Few 100s) (Image)

SMALL GROUP OF KGV-QEII VARIETIES ON STOCK CARD: Includes 1929 PUC 1½d brown used with var. open “9” in “1929” (unlisted SG), 1937 Coronation 1½d brown used with “crack in orb” variety, 1940 Postal Centenary 2½d blue in G/40 2 dot Cyl. Block of 6 with vars. retouched neck and retouch to King’s face & hair, 1946 Victory 3d violet with var. “7 berries” mint.
