An unique superb block of 32, mint never hinged with full sheet margin left side and at the top with sheet pos. 1–8, 11–18, 21–28, 31–38 included several plate flaws in: Pos. 1: "Dot connects "E" to frameline". Pos. 2: "Dot upper left corner to Pf." Is also found in pos. 9 (part of issue). Pos. 3: "E" in PLEB below connected to frameline; dot under "E" in SLE".
