Parcel Stamps. 1903-06 Covers comprising c.1903 cover from Kirkby Stephen to Perth bearing North Eastern Railway "Charges Paid" parcel label; 1903 cover from Welshpool to Bwlch-y-Cibau endorsed "To be delivered to person calling for it at Brongwyn Station by 11.42 train am on 17 Dec 1903", reverse with "Cambrian Railways Paid Parcel from Welshpool to (Brongwyn)" label; and 1906 cover franked KEVII 1d + 1½d pair sent by express post from Clifton to London and redirected by railway with 2d blue G.W.R Prepaid Parcel stamp (faults), very unusual. (3).
