A very nice attractive parallel mint and used collection housed in eight Lighthouse hingeless albums with slipcases. Solid to the late 1930’s then, essentially complete into 1999. Condition somewhat mixed in the earlies as to be expected but, does include some top notch quality. Where it becomes complete it’s all F-VF or better with the mint turning all NH. Promising French Collection, 1850’s to 1969. Few thousand singles and sets housed in a Ceres album, a stock book, on stock sheets, on quadrilled pages, and in glassines. Some duplication. Includes a small number of stamps related to the Council of Europe and the United Nations; also contains post-WWII Zone material and even a mini gathering of Europa stamps. Pencil notation of Scott catalog number and value for each item. High level of completion for the time period, but missing the more elusive stamps. Noteworthy overall catalog value.
