RW21R, 1954 Ring-necked Duck, UR PB/6 no. 164745, remarque by artist Harvey Sandstrom (the stamp artist), along the top and side selvages each signed and dated (HS01 - remarques were executed in 2001). Two bird scenes and two sporting dog scenes in multi-color contrast beautifully with the black stamp.
