Confederate States, Collection of General Issues & New Orleans Provisionals. Nearly all used and mounted on a single page from an old Scott American Album; the General Issues are missing only the 2¢ lithographed; the 10¢ rose is pen-canceled and rebacked, the "T-E-N" is an unused, somewhat soiled 3-margin example, while the "Frame Line" has a full frame line and bits of two others, but is soiled and has a small tear; there are 12 New Orleans Provisionals comprising two each 2¢ red & 2¢ blue (both unused), the rest being mostly used 5¢ values in various shades of brown on various papers; condition is mixed so inspection is recommended.
