JD-1C, but medallion blue and everything else magenta; the whole has been pasted on a similarly color envelope with a fictitious penciled address for display; a reasonably attractive substitute for what would have been an exceedingly rare cover., Scott value for a pair of Memphis Provisionals on a patriotic cover is $12,500! .
